Christina Louise is a Richmond, Virginia-based singer-songwriter known for her evocative blend of folk, soul, and southern gothic influences. Heavily inspired by jazz and blue-eyed soul greats like Amy Winehouse and Norah Jones, Christina weaves introspective, contemplative lyrics and sultry vocals with simmering, blues-tinged melodies. She released her first single, “Crash,” in March 2024. In March 2025, Christina introduced a full band, Christina Louise & The Pretty Please, which celebrated a significant milestone with a debut performance that coincided with her 30th birthday. Her live shows, whether solo acoustic sets or full-band performances, are characterized by heartfelt delivery and a connection with the audience. She has graced stages at local venues like Hardywood Park Craft Brewery and Révéler, where she performs her original compositions alongside favorite covers.
